COVID-19 Vaccine FAQ
How to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine in Massachusetts
Making an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine depends on where you want to go. All health centers have different rules and restrictions when it comes to scheduling and showing up for your appointment. Mass.gov provides information on all vaccine sites in the state to help determine the closest location for you.
Once you have selected a location, schedule your appointment, and follow that center’s protocols for moving forward. Be sure to check you are eligible before scheduling your appointment.
Who is eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine?
Currently, Massachusetts residents in Phase 1 and Phase 2 (Groups 1 & 2) are eligible for the vaccine. As vaccine appointments slow down and more of the population becomes vaccinated, eligibility will open up. Please use this vaccine eligibility checker to see if you are currently eligible, or visit our vaccination registration page.
In the meantime, AFC Urgent Care Saugus is still providing urgent care services for all patients. We are doing our part to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Our center is prepared with air purification systems that help to purify the air of the virus.
How do I make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine?
At AFC Urgent Care Saugus, the vaccine registration process is very simple. Again, if you are getting the vaccine in a different facility, be sure to read all of their restrictions before scheduling your appointment.
With AFC Urgent Care Saugus, please go to our homepage and select the “Book COVID Vaccination Appointment” button. From there, availability will be listed, and you can choose a time that works for you. If there are no times listed, it means there are none available.
